customized website and software was developed for one of America’s
leading neighborhood and home building companies, Sintra Homes from
South Carolina, USA. Our client was Kotori Technologies, a software
development company from South Carolina, USA.
The website was developed using ASP.NET 2.0 C#, DotNetNuke CMS, integrated with MSSQL 2005 database.
Daniels Orchard customized website allows potential buyers of homes in
the Daniels Orchard neighborhood to see the site map, select an
available house, configure its options and see final plans in a dynamic
pdf file.
The buyers save their options and register and may return later to view
their selected configuration again or choose another house to
configure. The website allows potential buyers to download dynamic pdf
files that detail the standards of Daniels Orchard's homes. There is a
list of homes with a search option to view homes within a certain price
range. The Daniels Orchard customized website also has an admin cpanel
developed in ASP.NET 2.0 C# with a few levels of permissions to allow
management of homes, lots, rooms, room options and much more data. When
an administrator uploads home images they are resized and merged with a
frame image to achieve the best appearance. Parts of the website were
developed using DotNetNuke CMS, so administrators of the site could
manage the content of the website easily and quickly.
